We’re pleased to announce the appointments of Lela Machaidze to the role of Director, Programs & Service Delivery, and Adam Gould as Director of Corporate Operations!
Lela originally joined Capstone in 2024 as Senior Project Manager and then quickly took over the role of Head of Capstone’s PMO. In that time, Lela demonstrated her effective cross-functional coordination, governance implementation, and leadership overseeing the PMO’s daily operations.
In her new role, Lela will collaborate with the Executive and Senior Leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support Capstone’s growth. Lela is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational leadership of Program & Project execution and client service delivery across our organization. This role ensures that all programs are aligned with organizational objectives, delivered with consistency and quality, and that service delivery meets established standards and our client’s expectations.
Lela has over 15 years of experience in managing complex healthcare infrastructure and international development projects. Her exceptional capability in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership across public and private sectors is unmatched. She maintains a distinguished record of effective project monitoring, reporting, and organizational transformation in complex institutional settings.

Adam originally joined Capstone in 2022 as Manager, IT Services, where he played a key role in establishing the IT Services Department, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring smooth system operations. His contributions extended beyond internal improvements, as he also introduced IT service offerings for Capstone clients, leading to upgraded infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
In his new position, Adam will collaborate with the COO and Executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that support Capstone’s growth. These operational strategies will translate Capstone’s mission and values into daily operations that reflect a commitment to equity, innovation, and client impact. He will continually evaluate the efficiency of Capstone’s business procedures, set strategic goals to align with business objectives, manage hiring, and oversee financial aspects of daily operations.
Adam is an experienced professional with expertise in managing IT operations, project management and servicing our teams to deliver according to our values and standards. He has repeatedly assisted organizations in transforming from break/fix response models to streamlined managed service providers.
