Elaine Slaunwhite is an Organizational Change Management, Training and Technology Adoption leader with over 20 years’ experience in people & change, adoption, training, communications and large-scale technology-enabled business transformation. She is a Procsi® certified professional, and a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Elaine has over a decade of change management experience with a global consulting firm, and worked extensively with, and contributed to the evolution of, the firm’s change management methodologies. She is a coach and educator, with experience in employee engagement and experience and with assessing and developing organizational culture. Elaine has a broad background in public sector engagements including the Governments of Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta, as well as Halifax Regional Municipality.
