Tim is a senior project and planning professional with over 20 years corporate executive and organizational strategic leadership experience. This includes both direct responsibility and corporate accountability for a variety of complex business growth and technology related projects and initiatives that supported the strategic direction of a large Canadian public safety and health services organization. His formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in addition to a variety of professional management and leadership programs at Queen’s University and a Master’s certificate in Project Management at Saint Mary’s University. Tim also received and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to support both the project life cycle and successful client outcomes.

Throughout his career, Tim has led, advised and directly facilitated corporate strategic and business development planning and led a variety of construction, technology and business transformational projects to support the corporate strategic plan and vision. He has a solid track record in addressing and resolving complex growth issues and enabling the success of strategic objectives. Tim’s focus has included projects in both private and public-sector organizations at intra-provincial, national and international levels.
